More pressure and works on the tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding the bones, joints) as well as muscles. During a deep tissue massage, the pressure is stronger and concentrated on the problematic area which might lead to a little bit of discomfort. It is worth it though as it helps alleviate the pain in the long term!

Cancellation Policy

We may need you to paying deposit for guarantee booking. Please allow 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid an automatic deposit charge. *Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the deposit. *Reschedule free of charge up to 12 hours before your appointment, Requests with less than 12 hours' notice will be rejected. This deposit covers our staffing and administration costs. We have to spend time and effort trying to find another guest to take your slot at short notice and, more than likely, we will have to pay our therapist to sit idle as a result of your non-attendance. You will therefore lose this deposit if you are a no-show or cancel within 24 hours of the appointment.We hope you can understand that a short notice cancellation or failing to show up for your session really has an impact.
