Terms and Policies

 

Late Arrival​

​If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your full appointment. However, this may not always be possible. Your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients.
Full treatment charges will still apply.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice – No charge
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice – A charge will apply
• Missed appointments (No-show) – A charge will apply

If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a charge of 50% of the treatment price will apply.

This fee must be paid at your next visit before receiving any treatment.

Future bookings may be declined if outstanding fees remain unpaid.

Same-Day Bookings

Appointments booked within 24 hours are considered confirmed bookings.
Late cancellations or changes may still be subject to cancellation charges.

Refund Policy

All treatments, services, and gift vouchers are non-refundable.​

Satisfaction Policy

We strive to ensure every client has a positive experience at Patra Massage.

If, within the first 10–15 minutes of your treatment, you are not satisfied, please inform us immediately. We will end the session and provide a full refund.

If you choose to continue the treatment beyond this point, the session will be considered accepted and no refund will be issued.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund where we reasonably believe a dissatisfaction claim is not genuine.

If you prefer silence during your treatment, please feel free to let your therapist know. Your comfort and relaxation are our priority.

Last-minute cancellations or changes affect availability for other clients.

Disputes & Complaints

We hope you will not have cause for complaint. However, if you wish to raise a concern, please contact us. We will thoroughly investigate your complaint and strive to arrive at a reasonable resolution. We aim to respond to all complaints within 30 days, although we typically address them much sooner.

Health and Conditions

Please notify us before reserving or booking your treatments if you have: high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant. All clinic patients will be asked to complete a consultation form by your practitioner prior to arrival or at check-in, all designed with your well-being in mind.

Invoices

To request an invoice (our massage therapists are registered members of CTHA for body massage, stone therapy massage, and aromatherapy massage), there is a £2 (cash) administration fee.

We aim to issue your invoice within 5 working days and send it to your email. Please provide your full name and address and send this information to our email.
